Coming Soon!
I have a potluck at work this weekend, so I have decided to try out some of the recipes which I had bookmarked. The recipes that I had planned to try out and possibly bring to the potluck (as of this morning – subject to change!) are Gruyere Potato Gratin and Lime Sugar Cookies.
I am really excited to have a reason to try these things. I’m planning to head out to buy the ingredients on Wednesday and probably will make the cookies on Thursday. The Gratin will have to wait until Sunday morning since obviously I want it to be as fresh as possible. Cookies can sit for a few days and not be worse for the wear, so to speak.
